Lance Schneier
Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years experience in energy deregulation as an attorney, entrepreneur,
senior executive, consultant and venture capitalist, Lance Schneier directs Accent Energy's
strategic focus. In 1979, Schneier authored a law journal article that argued for
open access to the natural gas pipeline network. That article is cited as an early
contributor to the creation of today's energy marketing and trading industry. Schneier
was a regional recipient of the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year
Award. He graduated from The Ohio State University and received his J.D. degree
cum laude from the University of Miami.
Andy Dosch
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Andy Dosch is responsible for Accent Energy's financial operations, human resource
activities and information technology group. He has over 15 years of public accounting
and industry experience, including nearly 11 years at KPMG. Prior to his current
position, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly
traded company, with responsibility for all administrative operations, including
accounting, human resources, information systems and facilities. He is a CPA and
graduate of Muskingum College.
Ray Hamman
Chief Commercial Officer
Ray Hamman is responsible for Accent Energy's load forecasting, scheduling, structuring,
supply and risk management functions. He has over 18 years of experience in the
retail energy industry. He worked as an Energy Trader at AEP, trading wholesale
gas markets in the western US. He also served as Director of EES' logistics and
trading team. Hamman also held positions at Columbia Gas and Access Energy. He is
a graduate of The Ohio State University.
