Reporting Trouble.
It's essential that you report any electrical hazard you come
across to your local TDSP immediately. Fallen wires and the like are extremely dangerous
and can be deadly. Do not report hazards like these to your energy supplier as they
are not equipped to resolve such issues.
You should also contact your TDSP if you are experiencing trouble
with your service, such as a power outage. This is because no matter whom you choose
to supply your energy, your TDSP still delivers the energy and services all the
lines and equipment.
You should also call your TDSP before you dig anywhere. They can mark out the areas
where buried wires exist on your property so that you can avoid them during excavation.
